News: Some of the Events of 2008
THE GRAND OPENING OF THE NEW STANPIT MARSH INFORMATION CENTRE - See the photos!
The Centre was opened on Saturday
20th September, 11am. It was the day we have all been waiting for (for over 20 years for some!), and it turned out just perfectly! Sunny, good speeches, lots of people, cake and drinks - even the Red Arrows put in a timely appearance! Check out the photos of the grand occasion.
The new Information Centre is open to the public every weekend during the winter.
A voluntary rota system has now been organised for manning the centre at weekends during the winter. If you would like to volunteer please contact Peter Holloway
It is hoped the interior display will be installed in the near future.
